Chem Tutor Now Warrants and Disclaimers Policy

Participation, Awareness, and Agreement

Chem Tutor Now relies on the integrity and personal honor code of the participants but puts forth no effort to ensure sure

fidelity. Chem Tutor Now respects the individuality of all participants and provides services without bias within the law.

Participation with Chem Tutor Now is voluntary and solely for educational purposes and personal value only.

Chem Tutor Now does not issue a certificate of completion. Participation does not guarantee that the individual has obtained

the knowledge and skill levels needed in the subject matter. The participants recognize that Chem Tutor Now uses a

combination of private and public domain materials, websites, links, and other published media, without a reference, the use of which is solely for review and educational purposes.

Chem Tutor Now uses email, chats, postings, texts, and other communication forms with participants. These communications

are for convenience only and shall not be construed as legal notifications. These communications may be deleted or removed without prior notice.

Participants agree not to disclose or share their Chem Tutor Now password with others. Participants acknowledge that they are aware that the paid services of Chem Tutor Now are not transferrable to others, including family and friends. Participants

further agree that live or virtual sessions with Chem Tutor Now are for individuals and not groups. From time to time,

Participants agree to verify their participation by momentarily turning on their cameras to validate the physical presence in an online session.

Warrants and Guarantees

Chem Tutor Now does not warrant that the information used is sufficient to answer all questions and solve all participants' problems. Chem Tutor Now makes no expressed or implied warranty as to the fitness for any purpose of the information, use,

or results obtained or otherwise derived by participants using the information and bears no responsibility it the use or actions

taken by participants' reliance on the information. Chem Tutor Now does not accept any responsibility for misusing information by participation in its programs.

Chem Tutor Now further makes no warranty that the term "guarantee" used in promotional ads and media publications should be construed to warrant success by the individual. Chem Tutor now does not warrant that participants will meet all their goals based on participation with Chem Tutor Now despite all parties' best efforts. Chem Tutor Now does not warrant that participant will pass tests or course work or be qualified for employment. Chem Tutor Now takes no responsibility for using or applying the material legal, ethical, or otherwise.

Chem Tutor Now does not warrant or guarantee that all the information, graphics, links, and postings are always current,

accurate, and free of typographical errors despite its best effort to do so. Chem Tutor Now does not endorse, approve, certify

or speak to the completeness of the materials used from other sites.

Disputes

Both parties agree to settle disputes by arbitration under the laws of the state of Michigan, USA. Chem Tutor now shall not beheld liable for loss or damage by the participants that are construed as occurring from participation in sessions with Chem Tutor Now, whether physical, emotional, or otherwise. Chem Tutor Now does not take responsibility for inappropriate use or application of information or instructions provided. Chem Tutor Now does not participate in activities that violate national or international law.

Cancellations and Termination of Services

Participation with Chem Tutor Now is at-will pay for services and may be terminated by either party without prior notifications. All booked or otherwise reserved times must be cancelled with 24 hours to transfer that booking to a future date, otherwise the booked date will be billed. No reimbursement due to cancellations of services or missed sessions is given without substantial deliberation. Forgetting the time, unavoidable delays, or other forms of personal delay, whether on purpose or by no fault, shall not be deemed significant to warrant billing for the session.
